I hired and paid ASAP plumbing to install my brand new hot water tank after talking with them several times on the phone and several times at my residence about the job. Well, a few days after their installation, my brand new hot water tanks fails has zero hot water and I call them and I'm so surprised to hear they don't guarantee their work!! What the heck?? What a scam! So now I have to try to find an honest plumber to fix this businesses lame work. Definitely do not recommend.
I scheduled a appointment today, waited ALL DAY to be told they were unable to make it out. They also were made aware that I work for the department of corrections and today was my only day off until next week. I am now unable to use my shower for ANOTHER week because they were not good on their word with their appointment and I now have to schedule elsewhere. TERRIBLE communication and business ethic.
Called to make an appointment on Monday for Thursday to install a water system. Called Thursday morning at 8am to verify the time. Was told they would be by after lunch to provide an estimate. Was clear that this was an install and not an estimate as i already knew the hourly rate.
I took off work after lunch to be home for them. At 230pm and no show or call so far, I called and was told they are running behind and would need to reschedule for another day. After i told them i took the afternoon off to be here, was told the GM would call me... guess what... rang once at 423, and no VM.... they close at 425. How ironic.
