I rarely write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience with Ashley at Titusville Smiles Dentistry that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel absolutely comfortable despite how long it had been since my last dental visit. She explained everything I needed to know before the procedure, and what to expect afterwards. Her ability and professionalism showed clearly. What impressed me most: she offered personal details in a way that was warm and genuine (sharing just enough that you feel human connection, but still stayed focused on her role). When you walk into the dentist office you feel peace,love,joy and kindness they have the music going that keep joy on ur face and melody in your heart. Smiles gave me the best service ever! My teeth came out incredibly clean — you can see the results in the picture. Michelle was so attentive, kind, and professional. She explained everything she was doing throughout the entire procedure, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for.
The doctor was also a true gentleman and extremely nice. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I’m beyond pleased with the service and highly recommend them!
