I left my PC this past week at Space Coast Tech Repair and I have to say, John (the owner) is absolutely amazing! He’s super knowledgeable and trustworthy — I could tell he was genuine from the very beginning. What really stood out was how he took the time to have me come to the back of the shop and personally showed me that everything was working perfectly. He walked me through exactly what he did, step by step, and even gave me some great advice for keeping my PC running smoothly in the future. I really appreciate how straightforward and honest he is. Dropped off my laptop as early as I could and the shop owner said he'd have it done by the afternoon. He was done in under an hour of dropping it off, and my laptop works great now. He even shared some helpful advice to prevent the issue from happening in the future. Fully satisfied with the work and speedy turnaround.
