My elderly cat received amazing care at Singleton Avenue Animal Hospital this morning. The visit started with Kylie at the front desk who was super sweet and worked on getting info from veterinarian up north. The tech assistant Molly was extremely caring and excellent at gathering all the information for today's visit. She was gentle with my old guy and sensitive to his condition. And Dr. Salazar was gave my fur baby a thorough exam, explaining everything he was doing. He gave options for treatment that were both affordable and important for my baby's health. Our neighborhood turtle got run over by a car. I eventually took it to Singleton AAH. Although it is not their expertise, they cleaned and stabilized the turtle, and then coordinated with FWC for pick up and additional treatment. They called me and thanked me for bringing HER in, and promised updates. Every other hospital made excuses.
Had to put my sweet Bella down, the tech and Dr. were beyond compassionate. Sympathetic to my emotions. No pushing to do tests that would not have helped. I didn't care about expense, but was surprised at how reasonable and humane they are. I will recommend them for any furbaby parent.
