We love Dr. Morales and her team! We never feel rushed, we can address all issues during the visit and get the best treatment option for our furry family member. The techs specifically here are amazing. The front office is always so helpful and responsive. Our doc is also amazing. It’s a great team. We love Youngs. Our pups are all so excited to go there. Typically that’s not the case with a vets office.
Young's is very clean and has a good set-up in the waiting area. The staff is friendly and professional. They explain things and answer questions clearly. When we called with problem, they got her in 2 days. LUCY had abscessed cyst and they got her in for surgery that same afternoon and took care of that, and another growing cyst. Gave good aftercare instructions. She's home now and healing. She even wanted a (very short) walk (our morning routine). We've been with them 11 yrs and are happy with them. Lucy never resists going, which means she likes them.
