I called today to change an appointment for my husband. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sara to reschedule. I wish all the medical staff at all the Doctor’s offices were like her. She was so friendly, compassionate and helpful! Thank you Sara for being such a wonderful human being! Give her a raise!

Royal Oaks is, without a doubt, a GREAT facility. My relative was there for two months after a complicated surgery and septic infection which required around the clock care. The management and staff could not have been more caring and professional in the way her case and recovery were handled. I would strongly recommend Royal Oaks as a safe, accessible, and highly professional facility. Patients will be well cared for and respected. Family members have 24hr access to the facility and management. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed and taken care of. Choose Royal Oaks...You WILL NOT be disappointed

The doctors and nurses at this Health First office are impeccably polite and experienced with excellent bed side manners. I feel bad for them because the front office staff are the most pretentious, incompetent, rude, inexperienced and crass human beings I have ever had to do business with in the medical field. Every single conversation is a painfully slow and redundant process peppered with attitude and constant mistakes due to little or no organizational skills, and they completely lack any multi-tasking skills. Every time you show up to the counter there is some error in their records or some problem with the appointment or something. Every single time. Why do they hire these people. There are so many people out there that love to work with people, have personality, good educations and most of all, want to help people who are ill. Totally ridiculous and annoying until you make it past the front desk. If by chance I have caught the attention of a manager or Doctor with my review, try calling this Health First office at Knox Mcrae and try getting some information out of them if you have the time and patience.

I have been going here for medical care for a couple of years, now. I like this place. I never have more than a ten minute wait. Dr. Flaherty is my PCP, and is one of the best family physicians in Florida. The office staff has always been polite and efficient. I have no complaints.
