I love the OBs here, they’re all great. BUT the new girls at the front desk are flat-out horrible. Can’t even look up and acknowledge you to see who you are, ask you if your information has changed EVERY time you come which is very annoying when I have already checked-in online and verified the info AND I come weekly now for my prenatal visits so why would my phone number, address, insurance change without me updating it… No personality, not friendly or welcoming, & when you call you get left on hold forever. When trying to schedule follow-ups, I have been told my doctor wasn’t working, then gone to my appt with another doctor to see my doctor is actually there...read full review

Building is modern and BEAUTIFUL. Mostly the Staff is really really nice.Both (actually) Three visits...my experiences here have been positive. Was treated with patience and respect by phone and my physical visitations.Thanks ParrishFannye Faye Johnson-(Robinson)

Excellent service! Minimal wait time. Staff was friendly and efficient…especially Jakiera at the 2nd Fl desk. She went above and beyond to help get my prescription renewal and bloodwork updated script!
