I have been to this health clinic since I was a child growing up when it was a walk in clinic and through a lot of my adult life. Now I go to see Dr. Steele as my primary care doctor and saw another doctor there recently as well.My experience is just like it was in the past, was extremely positive! The front office staff is friendly and kind. They even called me to check on medication after hours that hadn't been picked up to find out if I was having trouble getting. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. The staff were nice enough to provide me with some spare clothing and a blanket after I'd been caught in the rain on my motorcycle. Said motorcycle's battery died after my appointment, and they consistently checked on my ride situation while I waited to be scooped up. The doctor is also very flexible and listens to my feedback on my medications.

I have been with the Health First providers for a long while now - Dr. Surber is my MD. They recently moved to this office in Titusville from Port St. John, and I love it! The nurses are ALWAYS so nice (Darlene especially!) and LOVE that Dr. Surber is here. She is one of the BEST out there!!!! Thank you for being in our Health First Network, I wouldn't go to anyone else!
