Had a major drain block in my kitchen on the day of a party and they arrived within 45 minutes. Very courteous and reasonably priced. Didn't charge me an extra fee.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND Orange plumbing .I would give them a zero for customer service. Twice I made appointment with them and they were no show; which is bad to start with but they did not even bother calling me to let me know that they won’t come. I would not recommend using them for any work given they have no sense of customer service. Look at their FB page, I gave them a zero and they still marked me as if I am recommending them .
