Harley found our leak in under 5 minutes due to disconnect of old washer but he voluntarily stayed to connect the new one we had in van & made sure leak was fixed! You’re a life saver, Harley.

I called another co this am for a clog and washer machine backed up and was told they would be weeks and to try alligator plumbing so I called and they were out in less than 30 minutes!!! The tech took the time to really explain all he was doing and what was going on. He gave me so much info, I appreciated it!! He was thoughough and showed me pics and things in person! He was amazing!!! He said he had been doing this over 20 years and his knowledge showed! Thank you alligator plumbing and (I tried read name from receipt) chrisen (I think) for being amazing today!

Eric was my technician and did a fantastic job of representing Alligator Plumbing. I am a real estate investor and work with many contractors, and can say it is rare to find a company this good. Their pricing was competitive, and service was second to none. I will be using them for future houses in the area.
