Horrible. I highly recommend using another. The tall inspector, i think allen, is very bad.
I bought my house 10/2021 and asked especially that they call out of the house has mold or aluminum wiring. They missed both + a hazardous ceiling fan + the AC unit not being permitted/too close to the house + no master cut off switch in the electrical panel or a to-code breaker box/meter. They returned 10/2021 and replaced the ceiling fan themselves.I called again 11/2021 about other things that were missed by this inspector. They offered to refund my inspection fee instead - then didn’t even do that.Only use if you want a bogus inspection. I just spent $1400 moving the AC 2ft.
We used them back in 2001 totally did a poor job. It was our first home and apparently there was previous termite damage not repaired and they never "found it" even though it was disclosed to them, but never disclosed to us. Do not trust them! I could go into further details, but I can't but trust me to not use them.
