I would like to thank Vanessa, who was very helpful getting my countertop order scheduled and completed. She was so informative and answered all my many questions. Also thank you to the young man who came out and made the template for the new countertop. He was so courteous and polite and also answered many questions. Mostly, thank you Tevin and Chase for the beautiful installation you did today. I don’t believe I’ve had a nicer, polite and respectful team in my home. I could not be more thrilled with the work they performed. The countertop is absolutely gorgeous and perfect fit. We couldn’t be more pleased with Mable Designs and Zak Rose. Zak helped us design our kitchen; he is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The installer he recommended did a fantastic job. He reached out while the kitchen was being installed and after the job was done to make sure we received everything we ordered and to resolve any post install issue. Everyone we worked with from the person that did the counter templates to the counter installs where very respectful of my home and were pleasant to be around. Great outfit would defiantly recommend and use again!
My husband and I recently did an entire kitchen remodel. This was our fifth kitchen remodel, and yes, we are still happily married! For anyone that has gone through a remodel, you know the stress and headaches that come with the project.
In the past, we had used big box stores to do our countertops. Both stores were very disappointing, to say the least. There were long wait times, with very little communication, and no valid reasons on why the countertops were taking so long. We definitely felt like just another customer.
