They recently did my quartz countertops. Was told 2-3 weeks. Was 2 days short of 1 month. Then sink was cut out wrong. Fixed that BUT the supposed bookmatching for the backsplashes was very poor. On two sides there is NO matching at all! I was told it wouldn't be perfect but close. WRONG! Go somewhere else for that designer look!

I would like to thank Vanessa, who was very helpful getting my countertop order scheduled and completed. She was so informative and answered all my many questions. Also thank you to the young man who came out and made the template for the new countertop. He was so courteous and polite and also answered many questions. Mostly, thank you Tevin and Chase for the beautiful installation you did today. I don’t believe I’ve had a nicer, polite and respectful team in my home. I could not be more thrilled with the work they performed. The countertop is absolutely gorgeous and perfect fit. They just went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I most definitely recommend Marble Design and they will be my first choice for any future projects.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Mable Designs and Zak Rose. Zak helped us design our kitchen; he is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The installer he recommended did a fantastic job. He reached out while the kitchen was being installed and after the job was done to make sure we received everything we ordered and to resolve any post install issue. Everyone we worked with from the person that did the counter templates to the counter installs where very respectful of my home and were pleasant to be around. Great outfit would defiantly recommend and use again!

My husband and I recently did an entire kitchen remodel. This was our fifth kitchen remodel, and yes, we are still happily married! For anyone that has gone through a remodel, you know the stress and headaches that come with the project. In the past, we had used big box stores to do our countertops. Both stores were very disappointing, to say the least. There were long wait times, with very little communication, and no valid reasons on why the countertops were taking so long. We definitely felt like just another customer. Marble Designs of Florida went above and beyond. After making our selection of granite, we set a date for the template to be made. The available dates were the following Tuesday or Thursday. We purchased IKEA cabinets, and had not installed them yet. My husband and I did not want to put too much pressure on ourselves, so we chose the following Thursday. To our surprise, the cabinet instillation went relatively smooth. On Monday morning, I called Lindsay to see if there was any chance they could come out on Tuesday. She said yes! She was so helpful, and changed our appointment. The two gentlemen that came and did the template were very friendly and professional. They took their time, and made sure everything was exact. Our countertops were installed 10 days later! This was by far the least stressful process of the remodel. I can’t express how happy we are with Marble Designs of Florida! We absolutely love the finished product, and we are so amazed at how kindly we were treated. They treated us like family.

Cabinets had damage when it arrived. Nothing was done to fix it till after it was installed then it was halfass repaired. Another cabinet damaged during 1st attempt at installing incorrectly cut countertops. And another unsatisfactory repair attempted. Also as a former cabinet builder the quality of manufacturing them was not what I thought it should have been for the price. They had to make one of the counter tops over because the templete they made was incorrect causing another weeks delay. I liken this too buying a damaged new car with no recourse. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND USING THEM!! But as the saying goes you can't please everbody
