The only reason for four stars was the length of time it took to get the food. Other than that, the flavors were awesome. We had the steak. Salmon and mushroom burgers. And they were outstanding.
We have come here for years, and almost always have had some good food, in a nice environment. The selection is not huge, so what they do make is fresh and done right. The Reuben with fries was wonderful. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars for environment is that there were 5 folks at the bar chatting, and with all the hard surfaces and roof design the voices echo very loudly! It is almost funny, but no private conversations can be had. Still with all the windows, it is bight and airy which makes up for that.
They have these absolutely amazing buffets on most of the major holidays. The Easter brunch was superb. Everything from made to order omelets to all the standard fare. Bacon, sausage, asparagus, three types of potato casserole dishes. But then add in things like herb chicken, fresh cooked salmon, a carving station with prime rib and Ham, and a dessert bar that will do damage to anyone's diet.
All you can eat for $50.
