Was stood up by a local a/c business yesterday so I reached out to Colman Heating and Air. The lady I spoke to said they would have some out to look at my problem the next morning between 8 and 9 AM. At 8:10AM Dave Dennison arrived as promised fix the problem with in an hour and was very polite and professional. If you need a trustworthy business I’d recommend Colman.
Jordan Blackburn was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Gave me and my elderly mother our best options. Jordan also set up a portable AC unit to help with this process. The unit has not been installed just yet as the availability of the new system can't be obtained until Monday or Tuesday. Will give an update on how everything else goes. Jordan was great.
EXCEPTIONAL! Our A/C system broke on a Sunday afternoon. Jordan called my husband back right away and we were able to get thru the night with our portable a/c units we keep. Jordan went out of his way to coordinate with another customer to fit us in before 10am Monday morning to address our issue. Our a/c unit was on its last leg, so rather than put $$ into it, we choose to replace. Jordan explained everything to us, addressed our needs and questions, such as do you keep this brand or that brand parts on hand, etc. We had also just had a water pipe leak in our home and our house was without water and floors and walls were being tore out and Jordan was very professional... read full review
