Very professional. Everyone is very kind and patient. Explaining the treatment plan and cost to a dummy like me, helping me to interpret what my insurance company told me, and what the dental office is telling me, I know why they differ, also very accommodating in trying to reduce the overall cost to me. Because they understand that I just don't have the money so and in my procedures today, there are a couple of things that would have been good to do better to do. But not absolutely necessary. And they helped point those out, and I declined them. Anyway, I felt like I got a lot of personal attention. And as I said, they're all very kind and patient.
It was an excellent experience, staff is very friendly and the Dr is extremely knowledgeable about what she is doing, and explains everything that needs to be done. Some procedures are expensive but not any more than any other dental work. Some procedures are actually less expensive than other places.
I have been going to this dental office for over a year now and highly recommend it. The hygienists are personable and will walk you through each step from getting the X-rays done to the cleaning.
