I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the electrical services provided by Advent. I experienced a sudden issue with a bad breaker that resulted in a complete loss of water to my house. When I called in the morning, Advent promptly dispatched a team to my location.
I truly appreciate that Advent prioritized my urgent situation over other maintenance appointments. The electricians who came to my home were highly professional, polite, and friendly. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem, and I found the cost of the service to be very reasonable.

Advent Electric is a professional team that responds promptly to your needs. They are on time for the job, accurate on their estimates, and have exceptional follow-through. We recently upgraded our electrical panel and posts. The job was done swiftly and with the least difficulty for us. What was best, however, was when we had a lingering issue, though it was due to the power company, Advent Electric, continued to follow through so that we would have our problem resolved. They worked tirelessly so that everything was to our satisfaction. That is what I call customer service. Thank you.
