Kylo always loves to go the Lodge! He loves the staff and I appreciate their patience with him. The staff is great. They are friendly and helpful and welcoming. They remembered Kylos name after the first day. Not sure if that’s good or bad lol. But we love them!
We just picked up our big boy from an 8 day stay and he was so happy and well taken care of. It was great getting the daily pictures and updates on how he was doing. It gave these dog parents a sense of relief that our boy was doing good. He was loving on the staff as we were leaving. We will definitely use the The Lodge for our boarding needs
very accommodating for our two fur babies as we went on vacation for 10 days. I was worried because our 13 year old Yorkie had never been boarded before. they assured me that they would be in excellent hands. they received all the love they'd receive at home. multiple play times and numerous photo updates everyday, as well as getting updates on how much they ate. and they also came home bathed and with a cute fall themed bandana. many different packages to choose from. we will definitely use them again!! the pups had a blast!!!
