Doctor M. Gonzalez very personable and professional. Amazing follow-up she has gained me as one of her patience.

I was a new patient and saw Dr. Gil it was a horrible visit since day one. He got extremely angry when I told him what country I was from. He told me his ex wife is also from the same country and that she’s getting a lot of alimony. After that he made a discriminating threat to me and I had a witness with me. Terrible Dr. with no bedside manners at all.

I have been seeing Dr Gil for years. Absolutely the best and most knowledgeable Doctor I've ever had. He is patience and takes time with me and show concerns for my health. His staff is great and very helpful. I also like the ability to reach his staff 24/7. An appointment is always on time and his follow-up to tests and/or concerns I have are almost immediate.

I have seen Dr. Gil Gutierrez , Dr. David Hunt and Estrellita Lu and I must say, all 3 providers are wonderful, they make you feel like you matter. They all have a great bedside manner, they don’t do a lot of unnecessary testing, and they communicate clearly so you understand. I highly recommend VIPcare

Healthcare"provider" not providing much care. His priorities include removing much needed medication from your list of medications. Maybe if I had better insurance there'd be a better outcome.

Nice, polite, efficient staff. Dr Gutierrez is my Primary Care Doctor. He is extremely efficient and goes out of his way to make sure I understand my labs, his directives, etc. He shows true concern and has actually called me at home to give medical advice. I am 77 years old and he is one of, if not the best, Doctor I have ever had. I put full trust and confidence in him. Don Fulmer

I was very unhappy with Dr. Gil Gutierrez because he was very unprofessional with me. He told me I smelled and that I need to shower next time before I come to the office to see him. If it was up to me I would have not given any stars. In my experience I have never had a doctor be so disrespectful to me and unprofessional that was uncalled for and I did not appreciate that hurt my feelings majorly and I would like if I can to switch to whatever other doctor it's in that office because I do not want to see a doctor that's going to be unprofessional to a patient that was very rude and ignorant and I would like to see whatever other doctor is sending that office because I do not want to see a doctor that's going to be unprofessional and rude like that to a patient

If I were rating Doctor Gutierrez, Estellita Lu or Mackayla alone this would be a 5 star rating. I can't say the same for staff who arrange Referrals. Always last minute regardless of how much lead time they're given. We're bounced around between several people in different departments. Never get to speak to the same person twice.. Often the Request put in does not match what the specialists wanted, with incomplete or improper codes. On several occasions we needed to get help from our Specialist Dr's office OR our Health Insurance Agent to get tests OR referral appointments authorized. Even Lake Imaging has had to scramble to help us get authorizations at the last minute. Very upsetting. I realize VIP Care has many patients, but each one should be as important as any other and VIP care should work to get what they need when they need it. Feedback to patient is inconsistent at best. Also, they often do not even return phone calls.
