I have been a patient there since 2007. I have had Basil Cell, two Squamous Cell , 4 pre cancerous to Melanoma and Melanoma last year. It’s because of the staff that I am still here. They are very professional and thorough. Now because of the Melanoma I have to see Miss Vickie every three months and she is so good at checking every spot. Miss Lori is her assistant and the two of them are so good. Doctor Tran is a great surgeon, so easy to talk to and he explains everything. I would highly recommend Village Dermatology .
I had an appointment with Michelle Shinham, PA . I was very pleased with her. She was very attentive and listened to everything that I had to say. she came up with some solutions and wants to see me in one month. I’ve been having hives ever since I had an allergic reaction to a bone builder infusion. I feel like I may be able to get over this reaction now. I called one day and explained my situation and they had me in the next day. I didn’t have to wait but just a few minutes in the waiting room. I am very impressed.
It was my first visit, but from the start I felt cared for and safe. What more could you ask for from a doctor's office. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to Village Dermatology.
