I had a wonderful experience here at the VA. Ever since I walked in I was treated with a smile from VA Volunteer Conda. She grabbed me a wheelchair and took me all over to get me taken care of. Her empathy and customer care was through the roof. Great job VA.

So I went to this va for the first time as I normally go to Gainesville. I had my blood work done and the people there are not very friendly. When I tried to make an appointment with mental health is was a disaster and I ended up calling the Washington hotline for veterans which I call way to often. It seems like you have to call and get the white house hotline involved to get anything done. The va has not gotten any better and it doesn’t matter which one you go to.

I do not know why that the medical profession as a whole DOES NOT consider their patients time very important. Why make appointments at 0830 tell me to show up 15 min early just so they can have a staff meeting AT 0830-0930. UMMM WHAT A RIDDLE.
