The staff is for the most part efficient and very professional. The entire clinic is clean and comfortable. Kelly and Priscilla were kind and patient. I appreciate being treated as a person and not an account or number. It makes a difference in well being.
Thorough, engaged, explained everything I asked about, very much appreciate Dr O’Dowd’s attention and sense of humor. She is very easy to talk to, look forward to keeping her as my PCP
I was very pleased with how quickly I got my appointment. The ladies at the desks at the Mulberry location are always amazing. The CNA that greeted me and took my initial info, Sarah was wonderful, I could tell she was genuinely concerned for me. My nurse practitioner, Elizabeth went above and beyond (as she always has) to resolve my issue and got me on the meds that I needed to clear up my infection. I appreciate them so much! Kudos to a well run facility!
