Run away as fast as you can. It has been one month and still waiting for Dr. Judith Faria to send in my prescription to monitor my Diabetes. Called office multiple times and was just pushed on to someone else or hung up. Messages to her on Premier portal go unanswered. If they can’t handle a prescription , how are they going to respond with a serious medical issue. No follow up by staff at all!!!

I came into the office for blood work. Checked in the receptionist told me.Have a seat you'll be called. Went back up forty five minutes later , and they Told me the a I had checked me out. When I went in, I didn't go to the A.I I went to a reception instead of desk. By that time all the blood work people went home and they could not do my appointment. They wanted me to schedule another appointment.I refused. No one is called to find out what was going on. I got a message saying I missed an appointment.Would I like to reschedule ?????? This is the second time that's happened And I think it's very unacceptable. I spoke to a supervisor 2 days later. And he just sat silent on the phone. Obviously, they couldn't care less. There's other patients to take my place. That's how I feel

This might be the worst doctors office I have ever been to in my 40 plus years. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. First off they schedule you for things all the time and you show up and they can not perform what they scheduled. Then you call the number to the call center to try and speak to the front desk and ask a question and all you get is sorry we tried it went to voice mail. The could care less about you or your phone call. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. We will be

I saw Doctor Nelson Smith today as a new patient to establish primary care. He is a professional, kind and attentive throughout the visit and addressed my immediate medical concerns with diagnostic interventions and scheduled a follow-up. I felt comfortable and am satisfied with the plan we developed together. I recommend him and the practice.

Ms . Ingle was good as a nurse practitioner when I saw her but was negligent two times to follow through on needed prescription approvals. I saw her June 4 and in June 26 the approval was never submitted. My insurance company and pharmacy reached out several times. I called the other day to refill another prescription and again no response from her. From now on, I will ensure I only see the doctor and get approval from her on my prescriptions. Ms. Ingle is unreliable

I saw Dr He (dermatologist) Best Doctor Ever! I was a new patient from out of state for an annual skin cancer visit. First plus, no medical insurance issues -I don’t have advantage only RWB Medicare. Secondly, my appointment was scheduled a week after I requested—not a year wait. At the appointment she mentioned Botox and I agreed. I wanted for personal use as well as medical (my first neurological appointment is not until Thanksgiving). As she examined areas for placement she saw my right eye constantly twitching and felt confident she could help. We discussed it would not be covered since the injections must be administered by a neurologist. I asked her to go ahead at my expense. She made several injections and the twitching stopped. Instant relief. Not only did she accomplish that, she carefully placed injections on the left side, so both sides look the same. She did a better job than my out of state neurologist.. She is kind, compassionate and I felt very comfortable with her. She’s the only doctor here that has gone out of her way to resolve a medical issue and she was happy to do it. I highly recommend Dr. He.

Very poor care. No follow through. Never see the same Dr, so they don't provide consistent care. No idea why you are there. Change appointment times without telling you. Change Dr without telling you.
So many people have had the same experiences I have had.
This medical practice does not care about it's patients.

This company cannot keep doctors or schedules straight - and they don’t contact you when they have had a change! The level of incompetence is frighteningly bad! Then they smile and say “sorry but we did call you”. When you show them you have no missed calls from the date they say you did not get a call - they say “so sorry but my system says we called both of you so we did!” Clearly we are both not wrong and didn’t both miss calls and both not have them on our call logs. But they don’t care and they don’t care that they are incompetent or that people took off from work for this appointment or that if we missed an appointment that they would charge us - but if we miss one - it’s no big thing to them. It’s terrible.

Absolutely terrible experience with the prescription staff and the front office regarding a change in my prescription. Dr sent prescription to the pharmacy but directions were not clear. Pharmacy advised me to contact physician as they said they sent a fax that PMA did not respond to. I contacted prescription office and was advised they would clarify with Pharmacy. I checked next day with Pharmacy and was advised that they still had not received the clarification. I called PMA again. Spoke to a rep and she said Pharmacy needs to call them. Pharmacy told me that PMA needed to call them. As the patient I am being bounced back and forth. PMA put me on hold and never returned. So I call the front desk to seek help. I told her the story and she wanted to send me back to the prescription staff. I said please don't do that. No one is answering. So front desk said they would follow up and she put me on hold. 5 mins later the call was disconnected. I call back to front desk and she then said they contacted my Pharmacy at 3:35 pm. I asked her why she did not tell me that. No response. Terrible experience and very poor customer service. Poor followup.

PMA is arguably the WORST run medical practice in FL. While the doctors themselves are fairly good, the entire administrative area of the group needs to be dismantled and built properly. This group is ALL about UNNECESSARY billable activities (office visits, testing, insurance management, etc.) to a point where: A) they NEVER are able to fulfill basic medical functions (ex: simple prescription refills, lab tests, etc.) without requiring a billable function in addition; B) even the most basic of instructions do not seem to be followed by the support staff, EVEN when directly ordered by a Doctor. It is a group that has a set (and completely rigid) playbook of process that is literally geared to maximizing what they can bill both you and your insurance for in order to receive what you need (quite literally bordering on outright fraud). In a nutshell: AVOID AT ANY COST!!!
