I saw Doctor Nelson Smith today as a new patient to establish primary care. At the appointment she mentioned Botox and I agreed. I wanted for personal use as well as medical (my first neurological appointment is not until Thanksgiving). Absolutely terrible experience with the prescription staff and the front office regarding a change in my prescription. Dr sent prescription to the pharmacy but directions were not clear. Pharmacy advised me to contact physician as they said they sent a fax that PMA did not respond to. I contacted prescription office and was advised they would clarify with Pharmacy. I checked next day with Pharmacy and was advised that they still had not received the clarification. I called PMA again. Spoke to a rep and she said Pharmacy needs to call them.
