I have had issues with the office previously, but today I had a serious concern regarding a medication come up and the answering service staff (when you call the main number) went above and beyond to help me. They made numerous calls on my behalf and were so compassionate and caring! My past issues all had to do with front office staff but I believe these issues are being resolved. Thank you so much for today!

Waiting period for check in for a new patient took much longer than expected. The waiting room was somewhat crowed with little space between waiting patients. However, I was extremely satisfied with the medical assistant who finalized my medical information. The interaction with the PCP, dr. Madarang, was also very professional and he was a good listener. Pleased with the initial visit as well as guidance the PCP offered. Very good experience.

I had a very pleasant first visit to Premier Medical Associates. The front office staff were courteous and most helpful. The assistant and NP could not have been nicer. They made me feel comfortable, listened attentively, answered questions and allowed my input on my treatment plans. My blood pressure was normal, that speaks volumes for how relaxed I was. Great experience!
