Called late afternoon for two pedicures. They were able to get us right in. I was impressed with their quality of service and communication. The salon is clean and quiet without TVs or background noise. Will definitely go back!

I really like my nail technician, Joe. The owner Barb is a doll. The atmosphere is pleasant. I would recommend that all operators, even if you are not their client, they should welcome you as if you were. I do not like when operators talk among themselves in a language foreign to me. I feel the operator should devote all attention to their client. Barb, understands this concept and tries to manage it accordingly.

First time to this salon. I booked a mani, pedi and powder dip. Everyone friendly, did not feel rushed. Hannah did my powder dip. We discussed whether I really needed the mani to save me from paying for a service I didn't really need. The whole atmosphere is very calming with soft spa music playing. All relaxing until 2 women came in and one with a baby. Unfortunately, the baby woke up and was not happy. He really was a cutie. Definitely will return even though I have to drive 1/2 hour to get there. Tried a salon 5 minutes from my house, but the last experience there made me uncomfortable and wanting to search for a new place. Glad I found Nails & beyond 2
