Rachel is a true lash artist!! On a visit back home (Colorado) I had a refill done with my long-time lash stylist (who I was afraid I would never find anyone nearly as good as) and she highly complimented Rachel's work! Besides being great at lashes, she's great at being a person too! The world needs more people like Rachel!
