Carrie was amazing!! She was a total professional: she listened to my history/injury list, responded to my specific requests, and far exceeded my expectations. Some massage therapists seem to want me to adapt to their style. Instead, Carrie customized the pressure and tempo based on my injuries and tender areas. I felt so rested after Carrie's massage. I will put her on my calendar as a "must-have" appointment for self-care and rejuvenation! Thank you, Carrie!
This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever received. I went in due to pain/whiplash from a car accident, and Carrie immediately targeted the pain. She took her time, was extremely knowledgeable, and provided tools and exercises for aftercare! The ambiance was amazing and I have never felt so relaxed. I highly recommend for anyone looking for decompression and relaxation — she does it all!
