The therapist offers excellent and professional technique with strong, healing hands. Options include an Integrative Massage and the Restorative Abhyanga, which are whole, magical experiences that relieve pain and tension. The therapist has a soothing energy, a calming presence, and a powerful intuition, often incorporating guided meditations. Sessions are tailored to what the client's body needs, with the therapist listening and responding to specific issues. The environment is maintained with minimal talking, allowing clients to feel centered, calm, and cared for. Many clients leave feeling great and describe the service as a true gift of love and self-care, highly recommending it as part of a new routine.
The Restorative Abhyanga massage took self care to a whole new level. I really felt Elisa's calming presence and it was so nice to just be and let someone take care of me. I felt centered and calm throughout and when the massage was over. I will be making this part of a new routine for me.
Elisa’s space is so relaxing- even before she puts her hands on you, you can feel your nervous system beginning to surrender. This is really important for anyone getting a massage. Elisa’s technique is excellent and she does not try to talk to you the entire time, which helps maintain the serenity of the environment.
