Mark came by the day after I put in a service request. He was transparent about his process for unclogging the skimmer line for our pool (clogged due to leaves). When he came by, he tried a more affordable approach first (hose bladder) before moving on to a more involved approach (cutting the line, using an external pump, repairing line). He texted us videos of the repair process and final results. We were charged $250 for the repair which was a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Mark for all your pool repair needs! He is timely, professional and honest.
I heard of the quality work. Called for a pump issue. Mark was in the area and able to come the same day. It turned out to be a simple issue of water level and Mark gave us a professional courtesy credit which was much appreciated. We will definitely use their services in future. Mark is amazing. He has installed our pump and if there is an mechanical issue I call Mark. He is great at communicating and his prices are far better than any others. He is extremely knowledgeable about pool equipment and repairs. He even came out of his way to help me diagnosis a problem recently with our pump. I highly recommend Mark and Viking pool service.
