Regarding the review from Chris Leiper. This man called 5 times in a row and I was with a client. I do not answer the phone when I am with a client, it is rude. My answering service clearly says please leave a message as we get over 15 spam calls a day and do not answer any call that does not show up I'm my phone directory. Chris apparently thought calling repeatedly and not doing as the message asked was a better idea. I give expert service to the person in my chair and the majority of my clients are educated enough to use the online booking which does not distract me from doing my job! My salon has been in business since 1999 and we try to please everyone but anyone... read full review
