First of all, Theresa is amazing! I've gotten two tattoos from her, and each experience has been incredible. The atmosphere in the shop is welcoming, and you can tell everyone truly cares about their clients and the work they do.
One thing I really appreciate is how focused each artist is on the person in their chair, which says a lot about the level of care and professionalism here.
