I came to apply for food stamps and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The lady working at the office was extremely rude and unprofessional also she is very recess . She did not provide clear information and was not helpful at all. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the visit. I request that better training be provided to staff to treat people with respect and do their job properly

This clinic is the worst clinic I have ever been to, the receptionist are so rude and impolite don't don't give you any appointment in a time which you really need to see the doctor and never answer the calls will change my PCP clinic soon!!
Don't recommend This clinic for anyone.

Horrible service. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour to see the Dr for 3 minutes. Trashy place.

Similar experience to the others here. I got referred to this clinic by the FL DOH for a vaccines appointment, I waited about 20 minutes to get a scheduler, explained my referral and without saying anything to me she parked the call on hold forever.

Irresponsible office. Avoid.

The representative of Children and Family, Aisa, I'm not sure if her name is that, horrible person, I was waiting for her with my 3-month-old baby, what bad attention from her specifically, how poorly educated. What a pity for her and for the place that a worker with that inefficiency has. Nobody has the right to mistreat a person and that's how I felt.
He doesn't deserve his job.

I had to move my mother to another physician. Very bad office.

After 35 minutes of waiting on the call to communicate with the clinic, the call dropped without an answer. It's not for nothing that he has the opinions that the place has. Te ganas la lotería si te logras comunicar con este lugar. You win the lottery if you can communicate.

My daughter was complaining about her stomach for a few days so I called them to get an appointment, I called 3 times some one answered me she was only speaking Spanish I told her in English please I need to come to check on my daughter, she hanged up the phone on me 3 times, what a shame, i have to call my insurance company to change them to another provider. If you don’t speak Spanish then die , don’t depend on this place.

Very good treatment and attention from the workers, I live more than 30 minutes from the place and I have others nearby, but I prefer to go to that one
