First time was good. Second time was a disappointing experience. I’d really hoped I’d found my go-to dry cleaners. I got my dress yesterday and it still smelled of sweat after they cleaned it. It’s a long drive for me to get to their location so having to take it back is yet another task. I hope they’ll have better quality checks next time. I might have to make it a point to take the plastic off right there just to check and make sure it’s clean before I take off.
Updating my review 5/9: The owner was kind enough to redo the cleaning to eliminate the odor from my dress. My dress now smells fresh again.

I've been bringing my jackets here for a few years. The price is great and has always been the same. Recently, I brought in a jacket, and I left a new pack of cigarettes in the pocket. When I picked up my jacket, I got the cigarettes back. This place is great.

My first time visiting this shop I didn't have the best experience in terms of engagement with the employee behind the counter. When I returned to collect my items, there was a note afixed to them from the owner who had taken notice of my experience, appologized, and even offered a discount on the service. In addition to the note, the owner personally greeted upon arrival and addressed my experience directly. I appreciated the followup and would return in the future.
