I HIGHLY recommend this location!!!! Seriously, I hated appointments & have the biggest anxiety over visiting the dentist & have for years until I found Dr. Koshy. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful, Doctor Koshy is absolutely phenomenal! Her assistant was JUST as sweet! I can’t tell you enough how important that was!!! Dr. Koshy’s has the kindest chair side manor and is extremely sweet. The worst part for me was shots in the past, I didn’t feel them! What?!?! Yep, didn’t feel them at all. Her gentle way makes a HUGE difference!!! I love her nature. Both of the ladies were amazing! Her hygienist was outstanding! Very easy to be around and joke with. Her personality was just as good! I honestly for the first time enjoyed the dentist and relaxed! I had 4 things done. Very in tune with me and how I was feeling. She helped me calm down and relax. I’ve NEVER had a dentist office give a care in the world about me, until now. The front office ladies (even super busy) were kind and sweet! That’s so important to me! Customer service was legit and on point. They treat you with kindness, take the time to ask about you and talk as opposed to just pushing you out. I even had an issue with our dental insurance and they were very nice, helped me figure it out and got everything changed to the right numbers. They are one in a million! I’m SO thankful to have found them and I’m glad they are the dental home for us.
