had a toilet overflow, and the team from SERVPRO of Lake County arrived within 45 minutes and took care of everything. The crew was amazing and made a very stressful situation much more bearable, especially for that first night.
Kudos to Josh, the owner, for stepping in personally, making me feel comfortable, and handling the situation with true professionalism. He took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained the next steps in the process with the insurance company , which gave me peace of mind during a difficult time.

Being new to the area, I called Servpro of Lake County for a quote on duct cleaning after hearing good things about them. I spoke with a gentleman named Terry, who came out the very next day to provide an estimate. Since I had always rented before, I had never dealt with duct cleaning, and Terry took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative.
