Our 1980s home in Eustis was in bad need of renovation. We contacted OCD based on the recommendation of local Real Estate professionals. The work requested was the replacement of 12 interior doors, all baseboard and door frame woodwork in the entire house and closets and the painting of all interior walls. Our living room ceiling is 18' high. OCD provided us with a highly detailed proposal and estimate which we approved. Their carpenters were amazing. Our home has very expensive solid wood flooring. The team did such an amazing job! They were punctual and reliable! We are so happy with the work that was done on our front porch and will be using them in the future for our garage.
Jacsen and Jason were outstanding painters. I have used OCD twice and have been happy each time. Tabitha was also very helpful in keeping me updated on the process and for selecting colors. I will use OCD again!
