I have done acupuncture in the past, and was honestly going to return to my acupuncturist who I’ve become used to. However due to unforeseen circumstances she’s was out of town for an extended period of time. So I decided to look for someone closer to home. That’s when I found Kathleen at Living Gaia, and so glad I did. She’s absolutely amazing, caring and truly listens to your “issues” / pain you have been experiencing. Not only does she utilize acupuncture, but red light therapy, hot stones, and other tools she believes would be useful during your session. So glad I found this place literally 5 mins from my house. Going to Living Gaia in Tavares is the best experience! Kathleen is incredibly knowledgeable, provides a soothing and comforting atmosphere, and a superior healing experience no matter what my health issue is at the time. I've referred several people to her and will continue to do so.

I’ve seen Dr. McGrath numerous times and will continue to do so. As a lifelong patient of acupuncture, she is one the best. She is very caring, listens, and gentle. I would recommend her to anyone!
