We are new residence to The Villages. My husband had been having a severe nose bleed for 7 days. Urgent care was not successful on 2 visits. The 1st appt I could get with an ENT office was Mar 9. I was able to get in touch with Lake ENT Tavares.
Jennifer Ferguson, PA-C listened to me and asked if we could be there by 2p. She was amazing. Cauterized the nostril. She was so professional, caring and showed sincere empathy. She even made a follow-up at the Villages office for us , in 2 weeks.
From the moment we were greeted by the receptionist Gloria; we knew we had found the right place and would be given the care for my husband.
I saw Blake Gelb APRN for frequent nose bleeds. He was very professional and took care of my problem in one visit. It has been 2 days since my appointment and I am significantly better. I feel like the staff took their time to help me and they explained very detailed how to prevent my issue from happening again. I highly recommend Blake and the rest of the staff.
