I had the best experience after deciding to drive the short travel time to Lake County Euros for my Range Rover’s 60,000 mile service. Taylor Blackwell personally waited for me, as I arrived about 20 minutes before the normal business hours, and I was immediately taken through the 2 day service plan step by step. Everything was explained in layman’s terms and I felt relief that I would be contacted by Taylor in the event that anything needed attention beyond the normal check up and service details. Took my mom’s Ghibli here for a new AC compressor the service was better than at the dealer you get photos of everything and full explanations. They also worked with me didn’t just give me 1 option and said beat like the other shops they actually gave me options that worked better for me. I recommend this shop 100%.
