I service my Cadillac CTS at the dealership regularly. On occasion, I will take it to the other mechanic that services my wife's Maxima. I recently ran into some issues and both places ended up misdiagnosing the problem. I was constantly told it was a simple battery/electrical/fluid issue. It turned out to be a serious breakdown of seals and gaskets in my engine valves .
