Had a consultation today. This is this first time in years a doctor has shown patience, respect and spent ample time with me to listen, explain and discuss my health. I was extremely impressed and pleased. The staff was very professional and down to earth. Very compassionate caring environment. Thank you!
The Staff is very nice and easy to work with, but every time I have a consultation or follow up appointment the rooms are frigid, and I have had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. Today my appointment was at 9:45, I did not see the Doctor until 11:35. You need to adjust your scheduling practices. And your temperature. Your staff does not look very professional in hoodies!
