Very nice staff but they need to adjust the amount of people they schedule for appointments. Every single time I have been there I have to wait at least an hour and a half and in most cases over two hours. This shows a complete lack of respect to the patient. When you check in they also do not tell you how far behind they are. I do have other things to do as do most people and this is a huge inconvenience and just plain wrong to do to people. I have seen people just get up and leave because of the ridiculous wait time and the staff doesn’t seem to care. It is also FREEZING in the waiting room so if you decide to come to this office I highly suggest you bring a coat...read full review
I have had a series of great experiences at G-I Consultants! From their Receptionists and Schedulers to the Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Doctors, they are personable and professional. They obviously care about their patients and bring their best to what they do. 😃
Had a consultation today. This is this first time in years a doctor has shown patience, respect and spent ample time with me to listen, explain and discuss my health. I was extremely impressed and pleased. The staff was very professional and down to earth. Very compassionate caring environment. Thank you!
