He explained that he was off for the day and the following day, but reassured me that if anything was needed before Friday, all I had to do was provide the hospice with their name and number and they would handle everything. When Friday came, Matt personally called and made the entire process feel effortless. He patiently walked me through each step, clearly explained what to expect next, and ensured I understood everything. When my loved one was ready to be picked up, the office contacted me promptly. I asked what time they closed and explained where I was traveling from, and without hesitation, they kindly offered to stay a few minutes late if needed. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine care shown by Matt and the entire staff during such a difficult time meant more than I can express.
