They showed up fast, handled everything professionally, and somehow made me feel calm while I was mentally preparing to live in a wet sock forever. The repairs came out great and the whole process was way easier than I expected.
Awesome team, great communication, and no nonsense. Hopefully my house stops experimenting with water features, but if not, these are the people I’m calling.

We had a very positive experience with Time Machine Florida Fire and Flood. Chris got back with us right away, explained the process and concerns, and had great communication throughout the process. Price was what we expected. For the work , Tyler and Christian were great, explaining what they were doing each day , friendly and respectful of our home and did very good work with removing the damaged drywall and floorboards, and then cleaning the area. Would highly recommend for mold remediation. !!

My house flooded following Hurricane Milton. Jake and his team were attentive, detailed, and helped us tremendously when it came to understanding the project and restoration process overall. We wrapped up the project about three to four months ago. Last week I noticed some minor items that I didn’t catch in the walkthrough (when you rebuild the entire interior of your house, you miss a few things). I let Jake know and he was immediately receptive and sent someone out to help. Today Brian came by to help and I don’t think I could rave enough about the guy. Seriously. I had two issues: the dishwasher didn’t have power and the dryer vent got covered by the drywall... read full review
