I have had both neck and lower back pain for years. I’m the type of person who guts it out tries to deal with the pain and relent for treatment only when the pain required me to get “fixed”. I’m very active; play golf at least 3 times a week, ice hockey weekly and walk 10,000 steps nearly every day at the age of 74. Within the last year I decided to change my approach. Rather than wait for the pain to manifest itself, I decided to get treatments monthly. Well - what a difference! I’ve gone several months without pain making my life much more enjoyable. Dr John and all the staff at Tarpon Total Care are very professional and caring. I was referred there from a nearby Urgent Care office for a pinched nerve. I was in extreme pain and could barely walk into the office. After a detailed consult and X-ray I was put on a 6 week treatment plan and slowly began to improve.
