Wow! What a difference it makes to hire the right HVAC company! Since I moved to Florida I've hired a few HVAC companies to fix my heat. Each company said that I need to replace my entire HVAC unit. That is until I called Polar Air. Phillp White (owner of Polar) immediatly found that the wires to my heat had been disconnected! Not only did those other shady HVAC companies tell me that I needed replace my HVAC unit, but the also disconnect the wires and/or they didn't connect them so see if the heat worked! So, I payed only $80 to get my heat fixed....Phillip's honesty saved me $8,000!!!!! I just can't say enough about how much it means to have found such an ethical company...read full review
