Thanks so much to @Anclote Heating and Air for coming to the rescue! Yesterday when I got home from work, the AC was not working. We have a contract with a big name AC company that comes out every 6 months to check the system. Every time they come out, they try to sell me a new unit (this one is struggling and you should replace it before the busy season), duct cleaning or something else. I definitely was not calling them for a repair on New Year’s eve! So I put on a sweatshirt and pulled out Lonnie’s T-shirt quilt to watch the ball drop. Started having some refrigerant leaks in my old Rheem Heat Pump System that was 8 years old. Decided to research top Heat Pump brands and also highly rated A/C and Heating Companies in the Tarpon Springs area. The TRANE systems are highly rated for performance and quality.
