Had an appointment was asked wait because she was finishing up another appointment and would come out to let me know she was ready waited hour and 45 minutes. Went to check if she was finished just to find out the shop was closed and she had left out the back door....?.

Had an appointment set for Saturday 11am for myself, daughter, and friend but nobody was at the salon. Texted the stylist said she would be there in 15 min. Ended up waiting an hour with no further response to our calls.
