Botched my own hair up and ignored it for a long while. Came in and got a great cut and wash. Not sure why but I had two stylists at some point (maybe I was such a mess they needed to coordinate!). Never had a professional wash before but it was really nice. Sign said new customer 8.99 and they asked me if I had been there before and still charged full price. Also some mysterious person passing by the back of the salon giving me some side eye while I waited and nobody was ahead of me. Guess I must have looked like a chump to them; gonna cut my my own hair again for the next few years lol, too overwhelming for me! If you want a real Keratin, this is the place. Usually takes 3 hours for the entire process and the price is reasonable. I've been coming here for about 5+ years for my Keratin...that says alot.
