Donny at the Tarpon Springs store was superb. Helpful, knowledgable, and patient with an order that involved multiple eyeglasses, progressive lenses, and 1 pair of my own frames and custom prescription. The total price was lower than the price I paid 3 years ago.
The overall staff is very friendly and accommodating. I very much liked Dr. Danielle and her mannerisms. But specifically I really appreciated Maisa who helped fit me in for an INR so that I could go out of town. I highly recommend this location.
We got rescheduled from another location, so if we're being honest I walked into the appointment a bit displeased. But our visit this year was the best eye appointment I've had in the 26 years I've been wearing glasses. The doctor was patient and kind. She thoroughly answered every question without an ounce of judgement. Then we were taken care of by the best associate I've ever had the pleasure of working with, Danny. He helped me change up my glasses style to a frame that suits me so well! Highly recommend and will be booking our appointments here next year!
