I saw a lady doc and man I wish I could remember her name! I’ve never had a feeling one way or another about my eye doc.. just give me my contacts so I can go about life. However, if his doctor was so personable and amazing she actually made an impression! Office visit was fine, prices were what I expected and my appointment was quick. But the doctor I saw just changed my whole outlook on these visits. After 20+ years of seeing an eye dr. Sorry I can’t remember her name, but give this place a chance.
The sales associate Danny was thoughtful, patient, and made the glasses choosing process feel easy and comfortable. He was super intuitive and caught on to my taste for funkier frames right away and pulled options that felt like me. He paid close attention to my preferences and really aimed to find the perfect match. I got one fun pair and one that’s all business. Also, Dr. Mallory was super nice and the exam process was very smooth. :)
This is the 2nd time coming to this location. My first time was 1 year ago. Dr. Mallory was absolutely awesome! She was so outgoing, gracious and professional. It was truly a pleasure to have her give me my eye exam. Yelena was amazing with helping me choose the perfect frames. She was kind, and very patient. She picked out sizes and had me try on many frames. She even took my picture with the last two I picked so that I could choose the one that looked the best. I appreciate all the effort and time she put into helping me.
