Watertight Roofing replaced a roof for us in Westchase in 2015. They did an excellent job at competitive pricing. Fast forward to now ... we purchased a home in Odessa which also had it's roof replaced in 2015. And then we found a small leak. We called Shaun Bernstein to take a look to see what he could do. Given the age of the roof, Shaun recommended calling the contractor who replaced the roof in 2015. He figured they might honor the warranty for us. If they wouldn't, Shaun said to call him for the repair. Well, Shaun was right. They are fixing the leak under the warranty. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Shaun putting the customer first. We just had our roof replaced and I wanted to share our experience because Watertight did such a fantastic job. The communication throughout the whole process was quick and clear and the professional recommendations given, made sense for our roof and situation. Watertight was knowledgeable about current codes and updated roofing procedures and materials. The crew was hard working, courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the finished product. If you need a new roof, I would definitely recommend getting a price quote from them.
